A bird in hand is worth two more in the bush.

Lots going on in the past few weeks...

I have 3 gray hairs. Part from being a new dad and part from planning my wedding May 9th. Oh, and part from moving into a new house.

The Ghost Hospital 7" is selling very quickly. If you don't get one now, they may be gone...and once they are gone, they are gone. Buy it here.

World's Gone Wiggly is coming up May 15-17th in Orlando. This is going to be huge. Dunk Tanks, booze, hot dogs and more from the crazy-ass Florida's Dying dudes. Buy tickets from Rich at:

2436 E. Robinson Street
Orlando, FL
407.895.0001

The lineup for this show is sweet, including: Pink Reason, Jacuzzi Boys, Psychedelic Horseshit, Electric Bunnies, TeePee, Smith Westerns and many more. Spread out over 3 days at Vinyl Richie's Wiggly World of Records Parking Lot by day and Crooked Bayou by night. If you can come to this, you will not regret it one bit. I believe there is guarantee, but without sounding too bureaucratic, I put my ass on the line for this one.

May 14th we are playing with Plexi 3 at the Emerald in St Pete. Should be a really fun time.

No Clear Records, who put out the split cassette with Modern TV and Ghost Hospital will be releasing a CD-R by Canadian poop outfit Mess Folk sometime this summer. I'm really looking forward to this. Modern TV's live set gets better every time I see them.

And Ghost Hospital will be releasing something else before we see 2010 on Florida's Dying, so please stay tuned for that.

And finally, I think Wonder Pets is the best fucking kid's show around. And I was watching this show called Yo Gabba Gabba this weekend with the baby and I was thinking, "Wow, this music sounds like something Devo would do." And sure as shit, there's Mark Mothersbaugh drawing some fucking elephant with these weird-o glasses on and talking shit. Good for him. It's about time someone starts taking him seriously, even if it is infants and toddlers. They get him.
